Step 1:
stand on a blank piece of paper. with a marker draw the outline of your foot.
Step 2:
remove your foot from the paper and measure the length across the very edge of your heel to your longest toe.
Step 3:
compare the measurement with our size guide.
if your foot measurement is halfway between sizes we recommend to select the next full size up.
if this is your case you can try with an insole. this might compensate for half a number in shoe size.
